I've worked with Tristan at least twice (I am the makeup man for adult film) and he is painfully beautiful. I hate his Paris Hilton mentality--but I die over him when we work together, but I never let him know it. I look like Dave Navarro/Johnny Depp and I gather he likes Ryan the Seacrest type....
