CRUISING for SEX Calls for Boycott of Fort Lauderdale?
CRUISING for SEX, the website that keeps tabs on public sex venues with a comprehensive database of hookup spots for men around the world has responded to the anti-sex and anti-gay policies of Fort Lauderdale Mayor Jim Naugle with a call for a tourist boycott of the city.
"We are frankly appalled that a city selling itself as a top gay destination would have a Mayor stand on the steps of City Hall and basically call gay men diseased," said Keith Griffith of CRUISING for SEX. "He says the city should no longer encourage gay men to visit his city and we fully agree with this position. We are calling for an indefinite boycott of Fort Lauderdale by all freedom loving travelers who are looking for a sunny holiday destination."
