From The Desk Of Jason Sechrest

"In a feeble attempt at keeping the peace, I've decided not to host "Cocktails with the Stars" at Micky's for the remainder of Channel 1's month due to this mole hill of a mountain of gay drama that has incurred since last Thursday's show with their exclusive star, Luca DiCorso, and exclusive director, Doug Jeffries. Drag directrix and host Coco La Chine will be filling in and I hear she is kick ass and totally hilarious, so you should definitely still head out to the show. I'm sure I won't be too horribly missed. Especially since according to Chi Chi LaRue and Channel 1, I am overwhelmingly rude on stage and make their boys feel extremely uncomfortable. Right?! Okay?! Okay.

So, allow me to take you through the events of last Thursday step by step. ...Oh, this is fun already! I feel like Tim Curry in "Clue"! And by the way, for those of you who don't like reading long and involved drama (you must not be gay), it was Doug Jeffries in the office with the revolver. Or was that a smoking gun?

I arrive at Micky's early for once! I'm there before 6:30 pm and start the show with my opening monologue, per usual. Porn performer and director Doug Jeffries arrives at around 6:40 and he tells me that he doesn't think Luca DiCorso is going to be able to make it. "Are you serious?" I inquire. "That totally sucks. I mean, he is our featured star tonight.""
