Book Review: chi chi larue's warning
"I'd describe the pictures in this book as fashion photographs, only without the clothing and accessories. And unlike most fashion models, these models really have no inhibitions whatsoever, which is what makes them so much fun to shoot. But the men in this book are more than just models - they are also celebrities in their own right, with adoring fans who obsess over them like any other mainstream movie star, and they deserve to be photographed and recognized as such.
My goal when I shoot is to get each of them to break away from the standard hard poses seen in typical glamour shots, and to get them involved in the process. That's when their star qualities really shine through, and that's what I strive to capture on film."
